I originally purchased this as a garden cart for my mother, but have found an "off-label" use for it as well.
First: it does exactly what it is designed to do. Provide a seat while gardening, and a place to store your tools while you're doing it. It even has a cup holder for your favorite standard sized can (Soda? Haha.) My only complaint with the product, and thus the 4 stars, is that the axles for the wheels are clearly made of a fairly thin piece of metal. When I sit on the cart (~180lbs) it flexes pretty severely - almost to the point where the wheels rub the plastic at the top of the wheel wells. My concern is that these will ultimately give way - but it hasn't happened yet. If you weigh much more than 180# you might consider a different product, or just be very cautious about how you use it.
Second: I have a 1 year old niece who thinks this is the best thing ever. She loves to get behind it and push it around the lawn (*Note - this only really works on the lawn, or on a thick carpet; if you try this on a hardwood or tile floor the thing will roll too quickly for the child to keep up, and they are likely to fall on their face), and put toys in the compartment below the seat. She also loves to insert toys that are small enough through the slot/handle on top of the seat (those rings from the ring-stacking toy being her favorite).

Arthritis has been keeping me from cleaning around the edges of my floor. Not any more! I love this ( and so do the grandkids ).

My mom, who is an octogenarian, has difficulty walking and bending over, lamented that age caused her to stop gardening. I bought her this rolling garden stool for Mother's Day. She keeps her hand tools in it. She loves it. We tied a rope to it so she can pull it to her garden where she sits comfortably on top of it. It gets her outside in the sunshine and without it she had stopped gardening. I give it four stars because it does not have a manufactured-hole through we could thread a rope. We tied the rope under the seat.
