This product is a very good value. Unlike other garden staples, they are a full 6 inches and they are hardy. I live in Southern Indiana. The ground here has a good amount of red clay with tons of cinders and rocks of various sizes in the soil. These annoying obstructions don't seem to hinder the garden staples at all. They are sturdy, offering good penetration without bending and adhere well with the soil in this region. Just hammer 'em in and you're good to go. Tested a couple of these babies right after they arrived in the mail, and found that once they were hammered in, I couldn't remove them with my fingers, so wind will not be a problem if you're using them for landscape fabric, sod, or anything else for that matter. Because of how well these work, a 100 ct box goes a long way. Shipping was fast and with Amazon supersaver on this order, the price was right. Happy landscaping.

Originally left a 1 star review because staples were definitely not 6" and sent in a household baggy. I received the counterfeit inferior product from Discount Lawn Care. Exactly what is list on product webpage about scam companies and counterfeit product happened to me. After my 1 star review Brad P. from The 5 Star Collection left a lengthy comment which was very helpful. I have since reported this through the Amazon Rules Violation process with no response from Amazon whatsoever. However, Brad P. with The 5 Star Collection has been in communique with me through Amazon and was terrific. At no cost to me he sent me a box of the authentic 6" landscape staples from The 5 Star Collection. What a terrific product! Extremely strong and sturdy. You will not find anything near this quality at local big or small home improvement stores. Those are not nearly as strong and almost 1/2 the length. Trust me on this I looked at them all. I needed strong and long landscape staples for a hardscape river rock project. The 5 Star Collection Landscape Staples are the best you will find! Great company to work with as well!

These stakes are much longer than the ones I purchased at Home Depot and you get 25 more stakes. The price is a few dollars more than Home Depot, but the longer length and additional stakes are worth the price. I purchased these from The 5 Star Collections vendor for about $20. I see there are other vendors selling these at a lesser price but I'm not sure if these vendors are selling the same quality stakes. I will definitely buy these again from The 5 Star Collections vendor.
